We are so excited to host our wedding festivities at the beautiful Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, Mexico. We have planned our wedding ceremony and reception celebration at this incredible all-inclusive resort on Saturday, June 10, 2023.
While we would love for all of you to attend, we recognize that a destination wedding is a huge commitment and everyone's circumstances are unique. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
If you do plan on attending, you're in for a wonderful vacation! Dust off (or renew) your passports, request a few vacation days, and prepare to have a wonderful time in paradise! Because deadlines will be extremely important in planning a wedding abroad, we would appreciate you keeping a close eye on details as we share them and getting us necessary information when requested. We can't wait to celebrate this special occasion with you!

- PLACE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $300/ROOM BY OCTOBER 1, 2022. IF YOU ALSO PURCHASE FLIGHTS AND INSURANCE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL INCREASE ACCORDINGLY. YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE.
- THE SECOND DEPOSIT (THE VALUE OF 50% ON EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE) IS DUE BY february 15, 2023.
- THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL PAYMENTS ON ALL RESERVATIONS IS march 20. 2023.
any late payments are subject to a $25/person late fee penalty.
