We have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside several rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

- PLACE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $300/ROOM BY OCTOBER 1, 2022. IF YOU ALSO PURCHASE FLIGHTS AND INSURANCE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL INCREASE ACCORDINGLY. YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE. 

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT (THE VALUE OF 50% ON EACH ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE) IS DUE BY FEBRUARY 15, 2023.

- THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL PAYMENTS ON ALL RESERVATIONS IS MARCH 20. 2023.

ANY LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25/PERSON LATE FEE PENALTY.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TOWARDS YOUR BALANCE CAN BE MADE AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING MARIESAM BEFORE THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE.
